Booked reservations may be cancelled without any cancellation fees as follows:
Cancellations made within 2 days prior to arrival will be subject to one night’s cancellation charge for
the following low season dates:

• 08 Jan 2023 – 31 Mar 2024
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to two night’s cancellation charge for
the following high season, shoulder season and school holidays season dates:
• 01 Apr – 31 Oct 2023
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to full cancellation charge for the
duration of stay for the following peak/festive season dates:
• 23 Dec 2023 – 7 Jan 2024
In the event of an early departure, Customer shall be responsible for payment of the Standard Room
Charge for each Room night the Guest occupied and an early departure fee equal to the Standard Room
Charge (including taxes and fees) for the remaining booked nights, unless otherwise specified by the
Hotel (and Customer shall be responsible for remitting such payment to the Hotel).
