Spread sparingly along the island’s east beach, Kokomo’s One Bedroom Sunrise Villas offer absolute privacy, ocean views and direct beach access. A haven for couples and honeymooners, each villa features a private infinity pool, spacious sun deck and lush tropical garden.

  • All transfer rates, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  • Rate are correct at time of printing and may change at anytime.
  • Shared air transfers are available from Nadi International Airport and Nausori (Suva) International Airport. The journey is approximately 45-60 minutes from Nadi or 25-30 minutes from Suva in the resort’s privately owned and operated seaplane or helicopter.
  • Aircraft allocation will remain at the absolute discretion of the resort for all shared air transfers.
  • To enable same-day transfers, please ensure that your client’s arrival flight is scheduled to land prior to 3:00pm and that their departing flight is scheduled to depart after 10:00am.
  • Shared air transfers will be scheduled daily in accordance with aircraft arrivals and departures.
  • As Kokomo Private Island is bound to comply with the regulations under the Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji, our aircraft have strict weight and capacity restrictions for each transfer.
  • Luggage restrictions apply to all transfers. Each passenger is permitted one carry-on luggage piece (10kg max) on board the transfer. Any additional or oversized luggage which is unable to be accommodated on the same aircraft will be delivered to the guest’s villa at the earliest opportunity. Please inform all guests that any evening wear, swimwear, sleepwear and essentials should be packed in their carry-on luggage.
  • Domestic Air Transfers cannot be guaranteed unless guests have advised their return flight information a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. To confirm a domestic air transfer, please provide the names and weights of all passengers, luggage weights and dimensions, and arrival and departure flight information.
  • Flights are subject to changeable weather conditions including tidal, sea state and prevailing winds, air traffic control and other influences outside of our control.

Cancellations

  • The following cancellation policy applies to all villas and residences between 1 April 2022 and 31 March 2023
    • Prior to 60 days from date of arrival: 20% of room and transfer charges are applicable as a cancellation fee.
    • Within 60 days of date of arrival: 100% of room and transfer charges are applicable as a cancellation fee.
    • No shows and early departures: 100% of room and transfer charges are applicable as a cancellation fee.
  • For all bookings cancelled within 60 days of arrival, the resort will arrange for any cancellation fees to be held as a Resort Credit. A new booking must be made within 6 months of the original arrival date, or cancellation fees will be forfeited. The prepayment amount is forfeited if new booking is cancelled, regardless of when the cancellation is advised.
  • The Resort will not be liable for any natural disasters or acts of God which are deemed outside of its control, including but not limited to; fire, flooding, earthquakes, explosions, storms and cyclones. Nor will the resort be liable for other force majeure events including change in laws, war or hostilities, terrorism or threats of terrorism, civil unrest or disorder, labour strikes, stoppages or disruptions, sale, seizure of resort under legal process, disease, medical epidemics or outbreaks.
  • The Resort reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical matters or any other unforeseen circumstances. To avoid disappointment, we recommend securing adequate travel insurance prior to confirming a reservation and accepting the terms & conditions of the resort’s cancellation policy.
