  • Cancellations received 15-28 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of booked room rate
    + applicable taxes. Cancellations received 8-14 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of booked room rate + applicable taxes. Cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of booked room rate + applicable taxes.
  • For travel during high season ( September 20 – October 1, 2022; December 26 2022 – January 5 2023) the follow penalties will apply: Cancellations received 29-45 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of booked room rate + applicable taxes. Cancellations received 15-28 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of booked room rate + applicable taxes. Cancellations received within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of booked room rate.
