Grilled Salmon with First Strike Seasoning
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 tablespoons First Strike Fish & Wild Game Seasoning
 - 1 lemon, sliced into wedges
 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
-
Prepare the Salmon:
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
 -
Brush each fillet with olive oil on both sides.

 -
Season the Salmon:
-
Generously sprinkle the First Strike Fish & Wild Game Seasoning over both sides of the salmon fillets, pressing gently to adhere the seasoning.

 -
 -
Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).
 -
Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

 -
Grill the Salmon:
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill.
 - Grill for about 4-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.
 -
Use a spatula to carefully flip the fillets.

 -
Serve:
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a minute or two.
 - Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon.
 - Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
 -
Serve with additional lemon wedges on the side.

Tips
- Cooking Time: Keep an eye on the salmon as it cooks; overcooked salmon can become dry.
 - Marinade Option: For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in olive oil and lemon juice for 30 minutes before seasoning.
 - Serving Suggestions: Pair the grilled salmon with a fresh salad, grilled vegetables, or rice for a complete meal.

Enjoy your grilled salmon with the unique flavors of your First Strike seasoning!
